In 2018, we led the GoSpotCheck brand refresh effort alongside their internal team. As is the case with many companies that grow exponentially over a short period, design inconsistencies within their brand arise and compound due to the urgency in which assets are needed. GoSpotCheck were no strangers to this occurrence. We worked with their internal team to target the pain points and discrepancies across the brand’s buildout. Thus, giving us the insight to develop an updated, exciting, and holistic brand refresh.
Creative director Brennan Gilbert describes the refresh effort “With any brand-centric project, there are successes you can measure, and some you simply can’t. Externally, we saw a tangible increase in our inbound leads on the website. Internally, employees had a much better sense of pride, understanding, and consistency when using the brand. And for my brand design & product design teams, we had clarity and more focus in who we were and how that should be conveyed.”
